Magnom Renewable energy protected by Reusable Filtration

100% EFFICIENT - SINGLE PASS - TO 4 MICRON!

Renewable energy & Super Filtration

WIND TURBINE GEARBOXES ARE GENERALLY REFERRED TO AS

“Fuse Boxes”

As they can typically :- Be the first components in our system to fail

Why try to nominally remove the greatest threat to our systems with a basic sieve filter

When you can remove it absolutely (100% efficient single-pass) Using intelligently designed & innovative magnetic separation?

99% OF THE CONTAMINATION PRODUCED IN TRANSMISSIONS IS :-

SUPER SMALL – SUPER HARD – SUPER SHARP – STEEL

From highly loaded working surfaces

Magnom benefits :-

●  No replacement costs,

●  Non restrictive,

●  Bi-directional,

●  Non size discriminate,

●  No viscosity or PD issues,

●  Suitable for suction applications,

●  100% effective – Single Pass!

Used and proven World wide, in numerous applications…

From

Wind Turbine to Ferrari F1

Magnom MAX XL

WIND TURBINE TRANSMISSIONS work 24 / 7 / 365

●  Are on load 100% of the time,

●  They are remotely located,

●  Are inaccessible for general maintenance,

●  Thus are prone to attrition and failure

●  They are very expensive to service and repair…

So Protecting their systems & extending their life makes compelling reasoning…so you have to employ the best solutions…

MAGNOM !

The Magnom Core pictured ‘above’ was removed from the lubrication system of a wind turbine gearbox after just six months of normal operation.

The Magnom unit was installed downstream of the traditional barrier filter (10 micron rated filter), so this large amount of collected contaminant material had already passed through the barrier filter and was heading back to the gearbox!

Removing these very small  (less than 10 microns in diameter, some as small as 0.2 microns) particles of metal from the system  interrupts the chain reaction of wear and extends the life of the gearboxes’ critical components….and bearings!

The cure for death for hard working gearboxes?
